Care / Keeping

There are some general DONT's with all of our items: Do not bleach any of your accessories. Do not dry clean. 

T-Shirts: Care Machine washable inside out on warm or cool, we recommend laying flat to air dry. However, if you must use your dryer , use a low heat tumble.  Do not iron directly over the design. 

Masks: We recommend gently hand washing with mild detergent and air drying your mask. You can then use a low temp setting to iron/steam the mask to release wrinkles and keep shape.

Lead Time / Processing Time

Current processing time is 5-7 bysiness days from the date your order was placed. Once you place your order you will get email confirmation and once your order has been shuipped you will get a shipping confirmation with tracking information. 


Your order will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of your order. If we are running a sale or if it is around the holiday season, shipping may take a bit longer. As soon as your order has shipped you will receive shipping confirmation via email along with a tracking number. ** It is your responsibility to enter and verify that your shipping address is correct **


Several shipping options will be available to you at check out. Please note that all options give you shipment tracking.

USPS Express Mail: Arrival within 1-2 business day

USPS Priority Mail: Arrival within 2-3 business days

USPS First Class Mail: Arrival within 3-6 business days

Le Gray Haus is not liable for stolen, lost packages, or inaccurate shipping addresses. Should you find your package missing, you can file a missing package request with USPS.



Please request cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations cannot be processed once orders have been shipped. 

Due to the handmade personal nature of the items we create, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. Our items are not manufactured by a machine so please note that there will be variations of each handmade piece. (that’s what makes it unique and gives it character :) ) Each customer is responsible for carefully studying photos and item descriptions before purchasing. Once again there will be small variations of each jewelry piece, this is especially true of our polymer clay crafted items.  Custom orders will not be refunded unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.


Please contact us ASAP via email legrayhaus@gmail.com to notify us of a return/damaged shipment. We will not issue credit for refunds that are not noted within 48 days of receipt. Items that are returned without prior notice will not be accepted or refunded.  Returned items are to be returned in the same condition it was received. Return shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds offered will not include original postage costs nor return shipping costs.
